Nina gets in trouble with her father when he finds out she was the one who damaged the headmistress’s car. Meanwhile, Leila’s ex-partner Mark shows up to help Milla clean their filthy apartment.

Emma and Nina follow Milla, the girl who ran off with their camera, and confront her in her messy apartment, where she lives with her sick mother. Although they manage to get the camera back, Nina’s relief is clouded by the fact that she feels sorry for Milla.

Emma, Henri, and Max want Nina to join the Peppercorns, but she's very reluctant to engage with them. Emma picks Nina as her partner for a photo project, hoping that she’ll find out more about her. But then something unexpected happens…
