This film tells the story of the German resistance attempt to assassinate Adolf Hitler and seize power in Germany in the summer of 1944. After several failed attempts by others, it is down to Claus Schenk Graf von Stauffenberg to detonate a bomb at Wolfsschanze [Wolf's Lair], Hitler's Eastern Front military headquarters.
