How does the 7 day money back guarantee work?
If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your sign up, you can simply cancel for a full refund. To get the refund, simply log in, click My account, click Subscriptions and Payment, and follow the instructions. You don't have to call us, or find a secret form. If you're not satisfied, we are happy to provide a full refund.
Can I pay with a Purchase Order?
Yes, but you must use the School/Group order form. If you want a single subscription, simply sign-up for a group of 1.
How does the recurring billing work?
All subscriptions are setup with recurring billing for your convenience, but recurring billing can be turned off at any time. For instance, if you purchase a 6 month plan, you can turn off recurring billing at anytime in your account settings, and your account will continue to work through the "paid to" date. Six month and 1 year customers receive two email reminders prior to the renewal.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards plus PayPal.
For schools and organizations, we also accept purchase orders / checks, but you must use the School Order Form.
Can I pay in my local currency (Euros, Pounds, etc)?
We accept Master Card, Visa, Amex, and Discover. While we can only process charges in USD, your credit card will work regardless of your local currency, and the issuing bank will automatically do the conversion. Most banks charge a small fee (typically less than 3%) to do the conversion, and of course exchange rates vary. To estimate the price in your local currency, you can use this currency converter.
