At the 2009 German entertainment industry Diva Awards the Diva Earth Award or “green Diva” was awarded by the German cinematographer Michael Ballhaus. This prize was awarded for the first time this year and will continue to be awarded annually for exemplary entertainment with a focus on environmental protection.
