Andrea brings Viktoria back to her apartment in East Berlin. In West Berlin, Kabe meets Barbara, Schacht's girlfriend, who says she is not pregnant – in contrast to what Schacht said earlier. Later, Kabe tries to drill a hole in the wall and is caught by two US soldiers, who mock him.
