On the soccer field, Nico suddenly experiences pain in his foot. The others sit him down and take a look at it.

Nico's friends surprise him with paella, one of his favorite Spanish dishes. They talk about homesickness, but Nico seems quite happy in Germany.

Yara is surprised to see her nephew Nico at her shop, since she didn't realize he was in Germany. Nico, Tarek, and Yara decide to go have a meal at Tarek's restaurant and tell each other what happened.

Over a meal at Tarek's restaurant, Nico and Yara talk about home and homesickness. Then Yara explains why she went to Switzerland.

Nico explains that he wants to change some things in his life. In particular, he is not happy being a law student.

Yara and Nico argue a bit about his plans, but in the end she agrees to help him get settled in Germany.

Despite his parents' disapproval, Nico has decided to stay in Germany. Yara is helping him take care of all the details – and has a nice surprise for him, too.

Yara is sick of the noise and dirt in the city, and flirts with the idea of moving to the country. She and her nephew Pepe look at apartments together online. But Pepe has come to ask her for a favor...

Selma and her father are in the middle of loading a moving truck when Nico comes around the corner, surprising her. When he asks why she canceled their date, she explains that her parents don’t want her meeting up with “strangers.”

Inge and Jacques go for a walk and have a chat. What was it like to socialize in the era before cell phones? Inge expresses a desire to go back in time. And Jacques has a surprise for her!

Selma meets with Nico to try out her new bike. She’s making great progress and is enjoying their time together. But she’s actually not supposed to be spending time with him at all…

Nico and Selma meet in the park so that Selma can practice riding a bike. When Nico learns that Selma used to dance, he borrows a guitar and offers to play accompaniment. But she suddenly has to leave.
