Today we're going to show you how to prepare Brandenburg stewed cucumbers! The "Schmorgurke" is a coarser and knobbier cucumber that is found in Germany, but you can use any cucumber you have at your disposal. Traditionally, this dish is made with bacon and milk, but you can also use almond milk and vegan margarine and leave out the bacon. Guten appetit!
