Many forest dwellers are already preparing for the cold season. We see marmots and many rare bird species that make Switzerland a magnificent natural spectacle even in late summer.

Along the Anterior Rhine, the day begins with feathers, fur, and fine fibers. Among bathing birds, furry newcomers, and artful nests, nature prepares for autumn—with guests who stay and those who only briefly linger.

In the second part about summer in wild Switzerland, we see golden eagles, marmots, and the rare Danube salmon. In particular, we get a good sense of the hard fight for survival in this beautiful paradise.
