Katja and Dirk arrive in time to stop Mr. Petri's madness and bring him in to the station. Meanwhile, Lothar finds out the truth about their supervisor.

Tarek and Nico talk about what it takes to run a business. It turns out that Nico is good at fixing bicycles, just like his aunt! And suddenly, Yara arrives back at her shop.

Henning finds a potential lead regarding the runaway boy's identity, while Petri turns up at his former workplace yet again – this time armed.

Henning shows up at Harry's to discuss the problems he's experiencing in his relationship, and is disappointed when Harry expresses the same opinions as his girlfriend. Then the doorbell rings...

Selma tells Lisa about her family's life in Syria. At this point, many of the people she knew have moved away.

Walter Petri refuses to believe that one of his designs could have been flawed, and is furious at his wife for talking with the company's boss behind his back.

Nico arrives back at Inga's on crutches, but luckily with no broken bones. At the doctor's orders, he needs to take painkillers, use salve, and most importantly, stay off his leg – something he finds difficult to do.

At the station, the group tries to figure out whether Küppers is actually pregnant and where the young runaway came from. When Walter Petri returns to work and locks himself in his former office, the real reason for his early retirement is revealed.

At home with Harry, the runaway finally speaks. Meanwhile, Walter Petri follows Dirk's advice and returns to his former office – but he doesn't like what he finds there.

After Henning's mistake, the group finds the young stowaway hiding in a dumpster. Meanwhile, Lothar uncovers new information about Superintendent Küppers.

Harry and Henning are called to the harbor, where a young stowaway has been found on a ship that was leaving for Sweden. Henning takes a personal call, during which the young stowaway disappears.

Großstadtrevier is a German TV series about a group of police officers who work together in the city of Hamburg.
This episode immediately presents two mysteries at the station: one in the form of a fancy package for the police chief superintendent, and the other in the form of an angry phone call. Dirk and Katja are then called to a local company, where a man is refusing to leave his desk despite having retired.

Nico asks Tarek how often he and his friends get to play soccer together. It seems that they are all quite busy, but still manage to stay in pretty good shape.

The guys get ready to play soccer, taking inventory of their equipment and food. Nico doesn't have soccer shoes, but is able to borrow some.

We see how Yara got a phone call two weeks ago that led to her unexpectedly flying to Switzerland.

So where is Yara? Lisa's father asks Nico and Yara's friends a series of questions. Then they find some evidence that Yara might be in Switzerland. But why?

Both perpetrators are caught in their respective crimes in this final segment, allowing Katja and Nicki to move on with their lives.

Oskar and Yvonne declare their love for each other, while Danuta, Tom, and Vilo look on. We see that Tom later on becomes a famous writer, with Danuta as his ghostwriter and Vilo as his agent.

When the autopsy records reveal that Katja's father couldn't have killed himself, the group realizes it is time to go after the murderer. Meanwhile, Nicki learns that her father is deceiving her.

Selma comes to the apartment to see if Nico accidentally took her wallet after their shopping trip. While Nico frantically gets dressed, she talks to Inga about her family.

Oskar's brother comes home to a terrible scene: his uncle dead, and Yvonne's mother unconscious. Meanwhile, Yvonne reads Oskar's letter.

As they consider destroying the murder weapon, Lothar, Ben, and Katja go back to the scene of Katja's father's death.

When Nico comes home, Inge offers him some of her late husband's clothing. Just as he has put on something elegant, Selma stops by.
